Commerce analytics for Amazon sellers and multi-channel brands

Every channel you sell on, read as one ledger.

Mabi Data Intelligence connects Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Ads, Shopify, eBay, Meta, Google and Xero into a single daily read of sales, fees, advertising and contribution margin. Built for UK and EU brands that need to know what they actually made, not just what they sold.

What the application does

One workspace per business. Every source is synced on a schedule, every figure shows which source it came from and how complete that source is, and nothing is silently filled with zero.

Profit

Contribution margin, not just sales

Revenue ex-VAT, cost of goods, marketplace fees, shipping, payment-provider fees and advertising are stacked into a four-tier ladder so you see what each month actually contributed. Open months show an estimated figure with its accrual named; closed months freeze as final.

Orders · Finances · Ads · Xero · cost snapshots

Sales

Orders and sales across every channel

Daily orders, units and sales for Amazon, Shopify and eBay side by side, with previous-period and year-over-year comparison, cancelled and test orders excluded, and the VAT basis stated on every tile.

SP-API Orders · Shopify Admin API · eBay CSV

Amazon fees

Fees, settlements and reimbursements

Referral fees, FBA fees, refunds, reimbursements and chargebacks from the Finances API, reconciled against settlement reports. While a month is open, fees are accrued per order so the month never reads as free.

SP-API Finances · Reports

Advertising

Amazon Ads, Meta and Google together

Spend, ROAS, clicks, conversions and search-term performance for Sponsored Products, Brands and Display, next to Meta and Google Ads. Rule-based alerts flag budget caps, suppressed listings and campaigns that stop paying for themselves.

Inventory

Stock health and check-in

FBA and warehouse stock, days of cover, at-risk ASINs and ABC classification, plus a printable check-in report for the warehouse so counts and catalogue stay in step.

Brand Analytics

Customer mix and subscriptions

Repeat-purchase behaviour from Amazon Brand Analytics and Subscribe & Save subscriber counts, paired with the same new-versus-returning view from your own store, so retention is comparable across channels.

Accounting

Reconciled against Xero

Our sales, fees, VAT accruing and fixed costs set against what is posted in Xero, lane by lane, so the bookkeeper and the dashboard agree and the gaps are named rather than hidden.

Email & alerts

Email revenue and Slack digests

Campaign and automation revenue by day from Brevo, and a daily Slack digest of urgent advertising alerts and source-health changes so problems reach the team before the month does.

What we do with Amazon Brand Analytics

We hold the Brand Analytics role on the Selling Partner API for one purpose: to show a brand how its own Amazon customers behave, next to its own sales and advertising.

The analytical services we provide to Amazon Selling Partners with this data:

  • Customer mix. The Repeat Purchase report tells us, per month, how many of a brand's Amazon orders came from repeat customers and how many from first-time buyers. We pair it with the same view from the brand's own store so "new versus returning" means the same thing on every channel.
  • Subscription health. Subscribe & Save subscriber counts and subscription revenue from the Replenishment API, read alongside repeat-purchase rates over a 24-month history.
  • Traffic and conversion. The Sales & Traffic business report gives sessions, page views, unit session percentage and Buy Box percentage by day, placed next to orders and ad spend so a conversion drop is visible the day it happens.

Everything is aggregated at day or month level. We do not request, receive or store buyer-level data, and the application does not hold the Direct-to-Consumer Shipping or Tax Invoicing (PII) roles.

  • GET_BRAND_ANALYTICS_REPEAT_PURCHASE_REPORTmonthly · by ASIN Share of orders from repeat versus first-time customers; the new-versus-returning tile and its customer-mix drill-in.
  • GET_SALES_AND_TRAFFIC_REPORTdaily Sessions, page views, unit session percentage and Buy Box percentage alongside orders and advertising.
  • Replenishment APIgetSellingPartnerMetrics · monthly Subscribe & Save subscriber counts and subscription revenue, shown as a separate subscriptions tile.
How this data is handled
  • Used only to provide the service to the Selling Partner who authorised the connection.
  • Visible only inside that Selling Partner's own workspace; never combined with, compared against, or disclosed to another business.
  • Never sold, licensed, used for advertising, or used to build products unrelated to the authorising seller.
  • Never used to derive, promote, publish or share insights about Amazon's own business, and never used for our own business purposes.
  • Retained only while the connection is active; deleted on disconnection or on request.
  • Handled under Amazon's Acceptable Use Policy and Data Protection Policy. See our privacy policy.

How it works

1

Connect

You authorise each platform through its own consent flow: Login with Amazon for Seller Central and Amazon Ads, OAuth for Shopify, Meta, Google and Xero. We ask only for read-level roles. Tokens are encrypted and never leave our infrastructure.

2

Sync

Scheduled jobs pull orders, finances, reports, campaigns and inventory, with up to 37 months of history backfilled on connection. Coverage is tracked per source and per day, so the dashboard always says how complete the data behind a number is.

3

Read

A daily overview and detailed dashboards, each figure carrying its basis: final or estimated, accrual or settled, ex-VAT or gross. Drill-ins explain what is included and what is still unknown. Alerts go to Slack; reports export to CSV.

04

Data sources

Each source is connected by the business itself and can be disconnected at any time. Marked lanes are read through official APIs; eBay, PayPal and Clearpay are imported from the statements those platforms export.

05

Security and data handling

The application is built for one business at a time. There is no shared benchmark, no pooled dataset and no reuse of one customer's data for another.

  • Hosted in the EU. Application servers in Frankfurt (Vercel) and a managed PostgreSQL database in the same region (Neon, AWS eu-central-1).
  • Encrypted in transit and at rest. TLS on every connection; platform tokens and secrets stored encrypted and never written to logs.
  • Read-only roles. We request the minimum platform permissions needed to read orders, finances, reports and campaigns. We do not write to your marketplace accounts.
  • No buyer PII from Amazon. The application does not hold Amazon's PII roles and does not request buyer names, addresses or contact details.
  • Workspace isolation. Every record is scoped to the owning business. Users see only the workspaces they have been invited to, with role-based permissions and an audit log.
  • Disconnect and delete. Any source can be disconnected from the integrations page. Data is deleted on request and on termination. See the privacy policy for retention periods.
  • Platform policies. Operated under Amazon's Acceptable Use Policy and Data Protection Policy, Shopify's API Terms, and the equivalent terms of each connected platform.
  • Incident handling. Security incidents affecting a customer's data are reported to that customer, and to the platform concerned, within the timeframes their policies require.
